The road works on Throston Grange Lane will most likely start on Friday, due to the high winds delaying other works. The road will be closed (with restricted access) from 9.00am to 2.30pm. Therefore the disruption to the school should be minimal. There will be no work during nights or weekends.

Wednesday 26th January 2022:
Dear Parents and Carers, I have some fabulous news to share. After school today one of our children was involved in a road traffic accident on Throston Grange Lane. Many of our kind families were at the scene to help, until the ambulance arrived. I am delighted to say after speaking to his mum, that the boy has no head injuries or broken bones and will be coming home from hospital tonight with thankfully only minor injuries. Thank you to everyone for their concern and support today, the family are very appreciative. We cannot wait to have him back at school!
