Class 11 go to HTCS for a 'Souper Cookery Lesson'
On 08.11.2021, 20 children from Class 11 went to HTCS Tech & Enterprise department to work with Mrs Harding. We made World War 1 inspired soups. We used seasonal vegetables and demonstrated excellent knife skills, use of the hob for boiling and simmering, showing heat control and fantastic cleaning up too! We were so excited to take our containers of soup home and taste them.
