Dear Year 6 Parents and Carers, 
I hope you are happy with your child's secondary school allocation for September 2022. Please remember you only have until Tuesday 15th March 2022 to accept your child's place. From Monday 21st March 2022, we commence transition activities with our secondary schools. In order to enhance transition we are asking you to consent to the sharing of data with your choice of secondary school and Hartlepool Borough Council. Today you will receive information (in paper format) about what you are agreeing to and the benefits for your child. Please can Page 2 of the information (the consent form) be returned to the school before Friday 18th March 2022.
