Well done to our Throstonesses that participated in a Hartlepool football tournament today. They showed fantastic collaboration and skill. Unfortunately they just missed out on a visit to Sunderland after losing in the final.

Congratulations to our boys who were victorious in their Tees Valley Final against St. Patrick's from Billingham this evening. A double strike from Riley sealed an emphatic 2 - 0 win at Victoria Park. The Throston boys just like the girls showed amazing teamwork and commitment. The team will now travel to the next round of the competition next year, in the hope of reaching Wembley!

Well done to our Throstonesses, who showed amazing skill, collaboration and effort during a Tees Valley Football Final at Victoria Park this evening. Unfortunately the girls lost the match on penalties after the match had ended 1 - 1. Scarlett scored a wonder goal during the match for Throston.

Despite the result, all the girls should be very proud of how well they played, it was a privilege to watch.

The opponents were St. Joseph's from Billingham.

Congratulations to our footballers who came an impressive 3rd in the Cleveland School's Cup. They not only represented Throston but also Hartlepool. Impeccable team work and attitude too!

Well done to our four superstars who performed so well today, during the Tees Valley Cross-Country Championship.

Well done to all our children who participated in the Town Cross Country Final today at High Tunstall. Everybody did their very best. We even have four finalists for the Tees Valley Final:

Olive Aveyard and Teddy Reed - Year 5

The final will take place on Wednesday 11th October 2023 at Stewart's Park in Middlesbrough.
