Please find below forms that need completing before your child starts at Throston Primary School. If you have a question about the forms, no matter how big or small, please just e-mail us at: admin@throstonschool.org.uk or phone the school office (01429) 288291.
Please let us know as soon as possible if any of the following change during your child's time at the school:
- Contact details (including mobile phone number and address);
- Child's medical/dietary information.
