Congratulations to Mrs. Cleveland who won 'Teacher of the Year' at tonight’s PFC Trust’s Hartlepool Heroes Awards. Mrs. Cleveland was shortlisted due to her brilliant work in organising breakfast and after-school club and her care and commitment as a Teaching Assistant in the school.
